Sixth to Eighth Grade
You the Creator We are all creative beings. How do we make our world? Our middle schoolers learn more about Unitarian Universalism and themselves with a combination of games, art, and non-lectures.
Class meets in Room 209 from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM.
10:00 AM Complementary Programs
Coming of Age (COA) Eighth graders take part in this year-long exploration of their faith—working with COA teachers, in discussion with specially-selected mentors, and together on weekend retreats. The year’s work culminates in the writing of credo statements and a Coming of Age worship service planned by these young elders of our faith.
This class meets in Room 207 from 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM. Enrollment is required.
Playground Time Our families find that children these days have precious little time to just play. We have set aside this hour in the week for the children to play cooperatively on our wonderful playground, with the loving supervision of Guardian Angels.
This group meets on the playground from 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM.
In case of inclement weather, proceed to Room 107 for games and crafts.
